Objective of outplacement
In order to find a new position as soon as possible after leaving the company, and to avoid being left alone during the job search, Group’3C offers personalized support based on a structured approach.
This approach combines interviews with a coach, personal reflection and group workshops.
The individual interviews allow you :
- to take stock of your personal skills, motivations and competencies thanks to various tools and an in-depth analysis of your professional career.
- to develop a realistic professional project,
- to be supported by your consultant in the implementation of this project.
The workshops allow for interaction and sharing; theoretical contributions and practical exercices on topics such as networking, recruitment interviews, LinkedIn profile etc. In addition, working with a group of peers helps you gain perspective and expand your network.
