This Privacy Policy applies to personal data relating to Prospects, Customers and Beneficiaries of Group’3C and, more generally, to any natural person from whom Group’3C may collect or hold such data.

PROSPECT DATA:

We collect the contact data of our Prospects such as last name, first name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone. These data are collected directly from the natural person (s) concerned, in particular when they have expressed an interest in our services by contacting us by telephone, e-mail or via our website www.group3C.net , or from files of companies in which these people have consented to appear.

CUSTOMER DATA:

We collect contact data from our Customers such as last name, first name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone. This is generally data relating to one or more employees of the prescribing company when the Client is not the direct Beneficiary of the assignment, or of the Beneficiary when the latter is our direct Client. These data are collected directly from the natural person (s) concerned.

DATA RELATING TO BENEFICIARIES:

When the Beneficiary is not the direct prescriber, we collect their contact data such as last name, first name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone, either directly from the natural person (s) concerned, or from the company prescriber. When the Beneficiary is our direct Customer, we collect their contact data in the manner described above with regard to data relating to our Customers.

We also collect data relating to the Beneficiaries that are necessary for the performance of our mission, such as in particular the results of personality tests, interview notes or work carried out by or with the Beneficiary. These data are collected directly from the natural person (s) concerned.

How do we use your personal data?

PROSPECT DATA:

We use the data relating to our Prospects to contact and discuss with them in order to answer their questions, offer them our services or invite them to our Workshops or events organized by Group’3C.

CUSTOMER DATA:

We use the data relating to our Customers to inform and discuss with them, in particular with a view to the implementation of the missions that they entrust to us and to ensure the legal and administrative follow-up.

DATA RELATING TO BENEFICIARIES:

We use the data relating to the Beneficiaries to carry out the support missions that concern them and to invite them to our Workshops or events organized by Group’3C.

Do we share your personal data?

Group’3C does not share any personal data with third parties, whether they relate to our Prospects, Customers or Beneficiaries.

How do we protect your personal data?

Gorup’3C attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. That is why we have put in place appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access to this data and any misuse of it.

How long do we keep your personal data?

CONTACT DATA

Unless you indicate otherwise, we reserve the right to keep the contact data of our Prospects, Customers and Beneficiaries in order to keep them informed of our possible publications and news and to invite them to our Workshops or events organized by Group ‘ 3C.

OTHER DATA RELATING TO BENEFICIARIES

We keep mission data (other than contact data) relating to Beneficiaries for the duration of the missions entrusted to us. Unless the Beneficiary specifically requests it in writing, as soon as the assignment is completed, we destroy all the data concerned, including any document prepared for the performance of the assignment. For skills assessments, in accordance with the provisions of Article R6322-59 of the Labor Code, any request to the contrary by the Beneficiary must be based on the need to monitor their situation and the data concerned cannot in any event be kept. beyond a maximum period of one year.
