The objectives of personal or professional coaching:

Individual coaching allows the coachee to move towards the goals he or she has set, either professionally or personally. The topics of coaching are multiple. Here are some of them:

The structure of a coaching cycle:

The framework of the coaching process is established jointly from the outset, based on the reciprocity of the relationship of trust and transparency.

Within the framework of a coaching proposed by a company to its employee, the program begins with a tripartite interview.

The coaching cycle starts with the clarification of a common goal, the objectives to be reached and the metrics that will allow to validate the benefits of the coaching.

Thanks to their training and expertise, Group’3C coaches adapt the session’s content according to the need.

The last session is a tri-partite session during which the benefits of the coaching will be assessed.

 

All the coaches of Group’3C hold a coaching certification issued by accredited organizations. They adhere to the code of ethics of national or international coaching federations.
