The course of a coaching cycle

The working framework is established jointly from the start, based on the reciprocity of the relationship of trust and transparency.
The coaching cycle begins with the clarification of the needs of the coachee, the objectives to be achieved and the indicators that will validate the benefits of coaching.
As part of the coaching offered by a company to its employee, the program begins with a tripartite interview.
Thanks to their training and expertise, Group’3C coaches adapt the content of each session as needed.
Whether as part of individual coaching or offered by the company, the last session provides an opportunity to take stock.
Group’3C coaches all have coaching certification issued by accredited bodies. They adhere to the code of ethics of national or international coaching federations.
