The topics of coaching are multiple. Here are some of them:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing managerial skills<\/li>\n<li>Successfully taking up a position or being promoted internally<\/li>\n<li>Managing one&#8217;s time and priorities<\/li>\n<li>Improving interpersonal communication<\/li>\n<li>Increasing one&#8217;s performance<\/li>\n<li>Managing conflicts<\/li>\n<li>Consolidate your leadership<\/li>\n<li>Building self-confidence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>The structure of a coaching cycle:<\/h4>\n<p>The framework of the coaching process is established jointly from the outset, based on the reciprocity of the relationship of trust and transparency.<\/p>\n<p>Within the framework of a coaching proposed by a company to its employee, the program begins with a tripartite interview.<\/p>\n<p>The coaching cycle starts with the clarification of a common goal, the objectives to be reached and the metrics that will allow to validate the benefits of the coaching.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to their training and expertise, Group&#8217;3C coaches adapt the session&#8217;s content according to the need.<\/p>\n<p>The last session is a tri-partite session during which the benefits of the coaching will be assessed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>All the coaches of Group&#8217;3C hold a coaching certification issued by accredited organizations.
